Is this the end?

Thank you very much for this - it has been a pleasure to put all the text and photos on to the blog.

I'm so pleased to see that you've all enjoyed it so much. Ed

Thank you and goodbye, Kingswood

It's been amazing ....

And now they choose to sleep!

A very well deserved award for Mrs. D!

A huge thank you to Mrs.D for all the hard work organising this trip! We have all had such a fantastic time!!

Time for a little bit of fun in the sun with the parachute!

Last Morning

We've packed the bags and checked under the beds. Time for the Kingswood award ceremony!

Disco Divas!

Strutting our stuff on the dance floor!

More Problem-Solving

Our instructor was so impressed by how quickly the girls solved the problems!!

Team Challenge

Team challenge was a challenge that the girls rose to!

Zipity do dah!

Brilliant fun on the zip wire this afternoon has been had by all - either zipping or supporting.  All the girls supported each other brilliantly and we are so proud of the girls who overcame their fears!

Individual shots of all the girls who had a go zipping will hopefully make it on to the CD!

Mrs. Harrison and Mrs. Groombridge decided after their many trips down the Kingswood zipwire that they needed a new challenge so opted for a backwards free fall! Woweee!!

Group Low Ropes

Lots of team work required to help each other around the course. .... especially once we had cones balanced on our heads!

Another challenge for another team!

A big shout out for the best week ever!

Problem-Solving

Working together to swap places and get along the plank.

Friday's Activities

Mrs.D couldn't resist organising a game of netball between activities earlier.   She wasn't going to let the absence of a court get in our way of a chance to play!

It was a bit hot to play for some, but spectating in the sun was just as fun!

It's getting 'challenging'!

Challenge 1
To build the tallest free standing structure from a set of large Meccano-type equipment!

Challenge 2
To build a catapult that will launch a bean bag.

Challenge 3
... and finally. .. a bike!

Typical pose of Mrs Abraham

- just on the hottest day of the year so far!

Don't be silly - she's sending me stuff to put on the blog - Ed

A new take on "Where's Wally?"

Here's one just for you, Ed - well and maybe all staff juniors!??

I can see a whole collection of these being taken today ....

Breakfast Day 2!

Lots of hungry girls tucked into a delicious continental breakfast this morning. Mrs. Dickson was on fruit patrol making sure we all had a healthy start to the day! (We made her have two pieces of fruit to make up for all those marshmallows! )

The girls are busy getting showered and dressed with instructions to apply plenty of sun cream,  wear their hats and fill up their water bottles ready for a fun-packed, sunshiny day!

Home Sweet Home!

Had to wake lots of girls up this morning!  I think we tired them out yesterday.
